FOUNDATIONS
An hour intro class to learn the basics and fundamentals for your first CrossFit class. Highly recommended for first time members.


CROSSFIT
An hour class consisting of a strength and conditioning workout, made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.

PERSONAL TRAINING
This is for the person who prefers one-on-one training versus the group experience, or it can even be
used to complement your group training sessions. Available programs range from coaching for general fitness and weight loss, to more specialized goals such as skill acquisition ie: Olympic
Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics or training for competitions.
